This Privacy Policy applies to the Event Timer Pro mobile application and related services operated by Krüger GmbH (the “Application”). Krüger GmbH is referred to below as the “Service Provider”.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of normal network communication. The Service Provider does not retain this data or use it for tracking.
Precise location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-party access
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share such information with third parties.
Data Retention
Krüger GmbH does not retain personal data collected through normal use of Event Timer Pro because the Application does not collect or store such personal information.
Accordingly, there is no routine server-side retention period for personal application data.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email or another direct communication channel, the information you choose to provide may remain in that communication channel only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Data Deletion
There is no personal application data to delete from the Service Provider’s systems because Event Timer Pro does not collect or store personal information through normal use.
If you voluntarily send information directly to Krüger GmbH, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@kruger.ink.
Uninstalling Event Timer Pro removes the application from your device. Any data stored only locally on your device is controlled by your device and application-storage settings.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no routine personal-data collection from which you need to opt out. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or market the Application to them.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal-data exposure is limited. The Service Provider nevertheless applies reasonable safeguards to systems under its control.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page together with an updated effective date.
